Program Manager – Community Engagement & Change Management at Durham Region Transit
Zefe Osime leads the development and execution of strategic initiatives around the engagement of both DRT employees and its customers. Before joining DRT, she worked for Durham Region in Corporate Services where she led the implementation of various technology projects; merging people, processes, and technology to enhance the delivery of business services. Zefe is a PROSCI certified change management practitioner and project management professional, has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, and holds a BSc. In Electrical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick, Fredericton.
