Below are the 2025 OTE Conference registration prices for Members and Non-Members.

2025 Member Conference Fees - OMCA, OPTA, SBO

For members of OMCA, OPTA, and SBO, registration requires your OTE-specific ID and password. For assistance, contact us at info@ote.ca

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received up to and including February 28th shall receive an 80% refund. After February 28, no refund will be available.

Full Conference

$595 /person
  • Includes access to all business sessions, meals, receptions, and admission to trade show.
  • 1st and 2nd attendees are $595.00 each.
  • Additional attendee registrations are $495/person

  • Monday Conference Pass
  • Includes all business sessions, meals, and networking events on Monday, March 31st as well as access to the trade show on Tuesday.

  • Includes all business sessions and meetings on Tuesday, April 1st as well as access to the trade show. Tuesday day pass includes lunch, but does not include Member Reception.
