Brampton Transit
Scott Gillner is the Manager, Transit Sustainability & Innovation with the City of Brampton and has been with Brampton Transit for 11 years. With over 30 years’ experience in municipal government transit and traffic sectors, Scott supports Brampton Transit’s new Zero Emission Mobility team, Business Improvements, and Procurement/Contract Administration teams. In his role, Scott continues to champion the transition to a zero-emission bus fleet. Scott currently serves as a Vice-Chair (Operations & Maintenance) for the Ontario Public Transit Association’s Zero Emission Bus Committee, is a member of Canadian Urban Transit Research & Innovation Consortium (CUTRIC) Zero Emission Bus Committee, and the American Public Transit Association’s Zero Emission Fleet and Bus Safety Committees. Scott is also a Technical Committee member of the Advanced Public Transit Systems (APTS) for ITS Canada.
