With degrees in Business Administration and Coaching, Mr. Lavigne began his career in the banking industry before transitioning to public transit.
Over the past 15 years, he has held various executive positions within the transit industry. At AMT, Montreal’s authority, he oversaw metropolitan affairs, funding, fare, and business intelligence. He played a pivotal role in creating exo in 2019, Quebec’s second-largest transit agency, serving as the head of planning, corporate performance, and customer experience. He also contributed to the software company GIRO as Director, reviewing the company’s branding and strategic planning.
Currently, as the General Manager of CSched and an executive coach, Mr. Lavigne blends strategic oversight with a passion for leadership development and management. His work is distinguished by a commitment to excellence.
