CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Below are the 2026 OTE Conference registration prices for Members and Non-Members.
2026 Member Conference Fees - OMCA, OPTA, SBO
For members of OMCA, OPTA, and SBO, registration requires your OTE-specific ID and password. For assistance, contact us at info@ote.ca
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received up to and including February 27th shall receive an 80% refund. After February 27th, no refund will be available.Â
Full Conference
- Includes access to all business sessions, meals, receptions, and admission to trade show.
- Trade Show general admission registration is not required if a conference pass is purchased.
- Includes access to the Tuesday Member Reception ($125 value).
- 1st and 2nd attendees are $695.00 each.
- Additional attendee registrations are $595/person
Monday Only
- Monday Conference Pass
- Includes all business sessions, meals, and networking events on Monday, April 13th.
- For transit and operator members, this also includes access to the trade show on Tuesday, April 14th. General admission registration is not required if a conference pass is purchased.
- PRICE: $500/person
Wednesday Only
- Wednesday Conference Pass
- Includes all business sessions and meals on Wednesday, April 15th.
- For transit and operator members, this also includes access to the trade show on Tuesday, April 14th. General admission registration is not required if a conference pass is purchased.
- PRICE: $150/person
OPTA Committees
- Lunch not provided
- If you are attending any of OPTA's committee meetings on Tuesday, April 14th, and are not registered for the conference, sign up is required.
- If attending these meetings, please use the sign up form to indicate your attendance.
Full conference passes include the Tuesday evening Member's Reception. Day pass holders can purchase the Tuesday reception ticket for $125/person. This reception is strictly for members of OMCA, OPTA, and/or SBO.
