EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

The 2026 OTE Trade Show is at the Toronto Congress Centre on Tuesday, April 14th. Exhibitor set-up is Monday, April 13th.

Below are the OTE Trade Show registration prices for Member and Non-Member exhibitors.

  • All 10'x10' exhibitor booths include only pipe and drape. Carpet, tables, and other decor can be purchased with the Stronco order form.
  • Each exhibitor booth and vehicle display includes trade show attendance for up to 5 representatives
  • Lunch passes will be provided for all registered exhibitors
  • All exhibitors are welcome to attend the post-setup reception on Monday afternoon
  • Exhibitors can book accommodations at OTE event rates (book before March 17th)
  • MEMBERS ONLY: Exhibiting member companies will receive two (2) tickets to the Tuesday Evening Networking Reception per booth. Additional tickets can be purchased for $125 each (members only).

2026 Member Trade Show Fees - OMCA, OPTA, SBO

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received up to and including February 28th shall receive an 80% refund. After February 28, no refund will be available.

  • Subject to availability.
  • Only for exhibitors displaying a vehicle. Includes admission for up to five representatives* and two tickets to the evening reception (members only).

Non-Exhibitor Access

$ 300 /person
  • For non-exhibiting seller companies
  • This is a Tuesday Day Pass for Products & Services or Business Members who do not have a booth on the trade show floor. Includes ticket to Tuesday’s networking reception (reception is members only).
