Vice Chair Justin Hoppner, OC Transpo
Justin Hoppner is currently the Senior Project Manager, Transit Marketing at OC Transpo in Ottawa, and the Vice Chair of OPTA’s Marketing Committee. An avid transit user and advocate, Justin leads marketing and communications priorities in support of OC Transpo’s Five-Year Roadmap, including the promotion of industry-leading fare payment methods, the transition to a 100% battery-electric bus fleet, and the expansion of Ottawa’s O-Train light-rail system. Justin also seeks to position OC Transpo as an employer of choice, and focuses on improving the customer experience through new approaches to the marketing of transit safety.
