Jessica Gillies, Durham Region Transit
Jessica is the Operations Manager with Durham Region Transit where she is responsible for workforce development. She is accountable to manage bus operator performance, labour relations, and operator recruitment. Jessica began her career in transit over 20 years ago as a bus operator while a university student, and since has worked in several roles with Durham Region Transit. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Trent University.
