Session Description

In this seminar, Harmony Succession will walk business owners through the realities of selling a motorcoach or school bus company in todayÂ’s post-COVID M&A market. They will address the three most common questions owners ask—who the buyers are, what it costs to sell, and what a business is truly worth—while breaking down the key drivers of valuation specific to the Canadian motorcoach and school bus sector. Attendees will learn the most common succession mistakes to avoid, the four critical factors that determine pre-sale readiness, and gain practical insights through a real-world case study of Harmony Succession’s recent sale of a motor coach company.
