The 2025 Ontario Transportation Expo will take place at the Delta Marriott Toronto Airport Hotel and the Toronto Congress Centre from March 31 - April 2, 2025.
Registration will open in January 2025.
General Trade Show Admission
Admission is free for employees of bus operator companies and transit agencies. Representatives of companies who sell products/services to bus operators and transit agencies will need to purchase a day pass (starting at $300 for members).
Conference
The OTE Conference hosts concurrent sessions from March 31st to April 2nd at the Delta Marriott Toronto Airport. View the 2024 schedule of events for an idea of the agenda that can be expected.

Exhibitors
The OTE trade show will be at the Toronto Congress Centre on April 1st with setup on March 31st. The 2024 exhibitors will have first-right-for-refusal on their exhibitor space before the unclaimed booths are available to the public.
