Session Description
Bring your laptop to this hands-on workshop where you’ll use AI tools to tackle a real fleet transportation challenge: from research, to analysis, and finally a finished deliverable. You’ll walk out ready to do it again on your own, and every attendee is entered to win one of three free Claude Pro subscriptions.
We work in three parts: first, AI-powered deep research using tools like NotebookLM, Perplexity, and Claude to build a strategic knowledge base. Second, data analysis — uploading a real anonymized maintenance dataset to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities. Third, communication — the room votes on what to build (a board memo, infographic, or video), and we build it together using tools like Claude, Gemini, Gamma, and more.
You’ll leave with a practical framework for applying AI to strategic work, prompting templates, a completed analysis built from scratch, and a digital toolkit. The method works whether you’re in public transit, motor coach, school bus, or any fleet operation.
