Session Description
Following a brief update regarding the upcoming 2027 revision of the CSA D250 standard this session will outline changes in NAPT (National Association for Pupil Transportation) and how this will expand support, voice, and value for Ontario student transportation.

Bio:
Frank Marasco is an experienced transportation leader with more than 30 years in fleet operations, student transportation, and strategic consulting across Canada. He has a proven track record in operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and safe, efficient, sustainable transportation systems.
Frank works with school districts, government agencies, and private operators to deliver innovative fleet solutions, including zero-emission school buses. His expertise includes fleet lifecycle management, procurement strategy, maintenance optimization, regulatory compliance, and driver training programs.
Frank is Director for Region 6 with the National Association for Pupil Transportation (NAPT). He represents members outside the US, mainly Canada, and advances industry standards and best practices in student transportation. As well, Frank is the current chair of the CSA D250 Committee, which governs school bus construction and safety standards in Canada.
Frank is President & CEO of Advanced Student Transportation Solutions & Business Consulting. He provides advisory services across Canada on fleet electrification strategies, policy development, route optimization, and training programs.
Molly McGee Hewitt

Bio:
McGee-Hewitt brings over 25 years of experience in public education and association management and leadership. She previously served in executive leadership positions with two large and prestigious educational associations, the California School Boards Association, and the California Association of School Business Officials, where she most recently served as CEO.
Over the years Molly has demonstrated her expertise in member engagement, legislative advocacy, certification programs, and professional development programming.
Molly McGee-Hewitt starting in November of 2022 began her role as Executive Director of the National Association of Pupil Transportation.
