Topics could include: How New Technology Advances our Understanding of the Customer Experience – A strong visual identity and efficient wayfinding program support the customer experience in transit, but how can we validate the effectiveness of such solutions? To overcome the shortfalls of traditional measures of customer experience, we developed a powerful research tool combining principles of cognitive neuroscience with emerging technologies. Specifically, we use computer vision to describe the objective characteristics of transit systems while machine learning and brainwave measures allow a glimpse into the customers mind. Thus we can predict and describe the customer’s experience at various stages of any project to ensure a it is positive and generates the optimal ROI.
