Pat Morabito leads the marketing, communications, and customer experience strategy at Grand River Transit in the Region of Waterloo. He’s responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance the transit agency’s brand and reputation, increase ridership, and improve the overall customer experience. Before joining GRT, he spent over 10 years working in telecommunications where he developed an understanding of customer needs and preferences and worked to improve customer processes and communications.
