Mark has over 20 years experience in specialized transit, joining Peel Region in 2002 after graduating from post-secondary education.
Mark began his career in specialized transit as a dispatcher. He then spent time in various leadership roles overseeing all facets of specialized transit from Eligibility and Customer Service to Operations and Maintenance. Mark is currently the Director of TransHelp where he oversees a team of over 120 employees delivering accessible transportation services in the Region of Peel, a role he has held since 2020.
