Jayme is an experienced communicator with a background in federal and provincial politics. She has worked as a Parliamentary Assistant for a senior Cabinet Minister and has run communications for several election campaigns and an Electoral District Association. She also worked closely with elected officials to successfully push forward key advocacy issues on behalf of a number of Impact’s clients.
Jayme is well-versed in working with major media to pitch stories, develop compelling narratives, and create communications materials. She has led media strategies in Ontario and federally, coordinating key media interviews on national networks and leading clients’ media training.
Jayme has also organized some of the most successful in-person and hybrid lobby events in Ottawa and Ontario during the pandemic and return to in-person events. She was recently recognized by the Hill Times for organizing the most active lobby presence for any organization in 2022.
Jayme holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Studies and History from Queen’s University and a Public Relations Graduate Certificate from Humber College.
