Jay Adams, Sr. Project Manager of Customer Experience (HSR, City of Hamilton)

For almost two decades, Jay has been designing and building easy-to-use customer experiences for a wide range of municipal government services.  For the last several years, Jay has been with Hamilton’s transit team, helping to re-envision their transit service through broad and deep customer, employee and stakeholder engagement.  Prior to this, Jay worked with the Region of Peel’s TransHelp team, supporting the development of the only accessible online application form for specialized transit in Ontario.
