Jack Phelan is working primarily on the amalgamation of DRT’s existing On Demand and Specialized Transit services. As a member of DRT’s Service Design team Jack was involved in the launch of DRT’s On Demand system in September 2020, as well as traditional fixed-route service planning. Jack holds a B.A. in Urban Studies from the University of Toronto.
