Bonnie is Vice President of Global Marketing and the General Manager of Umo Mobility, Cubic Transportation Systems Software as a Service business. Umo provides innovative mobility solutions to transport operators and agencies of all sizes, from small family-owned bus companies to large complex cities, through equitable platform-based technology including recent launches in Milwaukee, Boise and this month in multiple cities in Canada.
Bonnie joined Cubic following several years as Vice President of Client & Product Delivery at Daimler & BMW’s joint venture where she oversaw the successful launches of over a dozen transit agency programs for TriMet, MDOT-MTA, Caltrain & VIA. She’s been in the payments & technology space for nearly 25 years, leading global teams for GE, Heartland Payments & Viewpoint (a Trimble Global company) with a focus on opening new markets, developing world-class products, and building customer success and services groups that help clients leverage technology to address challenges they face in the global marketplace.
She serves as Planning Lead for APTA’s Fare Collection Committee, on the Board for the Oregon Business Academy which helps prepare students for college, careers & life success, and is a member of the Portland & Dallas WTS chapter. She is a regular contributor to the industry on equity, accessibility & the importance of ensuring mobility technology serves all riders not just those with mobile phones or bank accounts.
Bonnie has a BA in Political Science from Lewis & Clark College and splits her time between Portland, OR & Texas.
