Chad Sadowy – New Flyer | MCI

Chad Sadowy exemplifies a successful rise-through-the-ranks career, with over three decades in the bus and motorcoach industry. Starting on the production lines at Motor Coach Industries Ltd. (MCI), he advanced through various roles, including Quality Assurance, Product Support Specialist, Business Excellence Manager (Six Sigma Black Belt), Technical Solutions Manager, and Vice President of Sales for Western Canada.

As Regional Sales Manager of Canada with New Flyer and MCI, Chad has become an expert in new mobility. He is a strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in transportation, actively participating in several organizations and committees, such as COMTO Toronto and Region Chapter, CUTA’s subcommittees, NRCAN’s Hydrogen Strategy for Canada Urban Transit Working Group, CUTRIC’s ZEB committee, and OPTA.

Chad is known for his optimism, confidence, empathy, and patience. He combines international expertise in advanced manufacturing, leadership, product knowledge, and advocacy for workforce development and DEI.

 

Pat Jones – NFI Infrastructure Solutions

Pat leads the NFI Infrastructure Solutions™ team in support of NFI’s charging equipment and infrastructure deployment for zero-emission buses. The NFI Infrastructure team is made up of project managers, engineers and construction managers ready to execute transit electrification projects across North America. Pat joined New Flyer in 2019 after accumulating nearly 20 years of experience leading Metro Transit, Minneapolis, MN, in capital programs management as the Assistant Director of Engineering and Facilities. Prior to Metro Transit, Pat was a professional engineer in the architectural and engineering field.

 

Jason Van Geel – Carlsun Energy

Jason started his career in the wind industry over 20 years ago and founded Carlsun as a leading construction and project integration company servicing the renewable energy and hydrogen sectors in Canada.
