Michelle Martin is the Manager of Accessible Transportation Services with the Hamilton Street Railway; Relatively new to Transit, she has just completed her fifth year with the HSR. She has a degree in psychology and a background in disability, particularly in the developmental services sector where she worked for over thirty years, including in quality assurance and policy, and as coordinator of a transit travel training program.
