Adam Arbour – PRIDE
Adam Arbour is the Manager of Planning for the Niagara Transit Commission. He has 23 years of experience in the transportation industry, and 21 years in public transit, starting as a bus operator and progressing to his current role. Adam has been a P.R.I.D.E. Master Trainer for the past nine years, with a passion for training. In his spare time, Adam is also a district fire chief with the fire department where he resides.
Kathie Heyworth – PRIDE
Kathie Heyworth is a seasoned professional in the busing industry, boasting over 23 years of diverse experience, encompassing both school bus and transit operations. Currently, she serves as the Training Supervisor at Guelph Transit, where she oversees the training department. Additionally, Kathie has been a Master Trainer for the P.R.I.D.E. Program for the past nine years, delivering instruction both in the classroom and in practical, on-the-road settings.
